William Harrison was born in 1703 in Stafford County, Colony of Virginia, son of William Harrison (~1682–1745) and Sarah Hawley (~1686–1778).
William (28) married Isabell Triplett (36) (born about 1695 in Stafford County; daughter of William Triplett Sr. and Isabella (Miller) Triplett) in 1732 in Overwharton Parish, Stafford, Virginia Colony. Their children were:
