It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Elizabeth by comparing test results with other carriers of her mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known mtDNA test-takers in her direct maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share DNA with Elizabeth:
Harrison-895 and Harrison-16359 appear to represent the same person because: even though the birth dates don't match , her parents do and I have the complete work : "Cargill Family/ by John and Helen Cargill" which traces the family from David Cargill leaving Scotland, to Ulster, to the colonies , up to the generation alive in 1960. They list John Cargill born 1712 (whom I ahve set up with a profile) marrying Elizabeth Harrison daughter of Col Nathaniel Harrison on 10-24-1730. The 2 birth dates don't line up UI believe based on the Cargill siblings family history the 1723 date to be to late and therefore incorrect due to the evidence of marriage to John CArgill II with his birth date and reference to her as daughter of Col. Nathaniel Harrison of Wakefield, Surry County VA.
