Frances was the daughter of Solmon Hasting Harroun and Chloe Fisher. [1] She was raised in Metomen, Fond du Lac, Wisconsin.[2] Frank moved with her parents to Mantorville, Dodge, Minnesota before 1860.[3] She married John A. Babcock in 1873. [4] Their children were:
The family lived in Minnesota. [5] She passed away in 1914[6] and is buried in Lakewood Cemetery, Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Minnesota.[7]
