Biography
Harold Elmore Harscher Parsons was Born to Clarence Earl Harscher and Gladys Marie Parsons Harscher in 1921. Gladys Died in 1925 and her three children went to live with relatives. Harold was then adopted by Ellsworth J Parsons and Charlotte Louise Burkhart Parsons. Clarence's Father was Louis W Harscher born in Illinois. His Mother was Melinda Conrad Harscher, she was born in Illinois.
