Biography
Nancy was born in 1835. She passed away in 1911. Nancy Jane Hart was the daughter of Isaac Shelby Hart (1808–1894) and Cecelia "Celia" Combs (1803–1892).
She married to John E Sergent on 08 Oct 1856, in Russell County, Virginia. They moved their family to Morgan County, Kentucky, about 1860. John E died 09 Apr 1862. Their children are: - Hugh N Sergent (1857–1888) - Green Adam Sergent (1859–1930) - John E Sergent, Jr. (1862–1888)
After John E Sergent's death, Nancy had the following children with James Hopkins Lewis (they were never married): - Frank H Sergent (1863–1943) - William Kendrick Sergent (1871–1949) - Ellsworth Dorton Sargent (1872–1952)
