The 1841 England and Wales Census lists Samuel as a 70 year old married man living with his wife, Amy, their daughter, Edelin, two presumed grandsons, Samuel and Windham, and two presumed servants, Rebecca Pather, and Elizabeth Meany, in London Fields Lansdowne Cottage in St. John Hackney, Middlesex, England.[4]
