Jane E Hart (married name Vandenberg) was born about 1848 in Middlesex, England, the daughter of Sarah (Pronps) Hart and Henry Hart.^{[citation needed]}

she married Leon Levij Van Den Berg on 24 March 1869 in East Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.^{[citation needed]} Their children were:^{[citation needed]}
