Biography
William was born in 1862. He was the son of Martha and Charles Hartley [1]
He married (widow) Elizabeth Haley at Okains Bay on 22 April 1884 [2][3]
He passed away in 1937, age 75 years, [4] and is buried in Mangatera Cemetery, Dannevirke.[5]
