Biography
Elsie was the daughter of Elizabeth Hendricks Hartzell and Benjamin Hartzell. She married Walter Forker from New Jersey around 1912. Elsie was a step mother to Walter's son Charles and they had four children of their own Harry, Elizabeth, Alice, and Elsie before her death in 1920.
