Martha Harvey was born between 1838[1]-1840[2] in North Carolina. She was the child of Irena Cornelia Scott and William Harvey, and the final wife of Civil War veteran William Cebolt who was married four times, including twice to another Martha. She'd previously been married to and widowed by Rix Barrington and Elias Burnett.
She passed away in 1918 and is buried at Crown Point Cemetery in Kokomo, Indiana.
