Biography
William Harvey was born on 7 February 1856 in Crowlands, Victoria, Australia, the son of Eliza Vivian (Teague) Harvey and Ebenezer Harvey.[1]
He married Alice Kneale on 12 October 1892 at the residence of the brides sister in Lubeck, Victoria.[2][3] Their children were:

- Clarice Emily Harvey (1895-1993) [5]
- Grace Alice Harvey (1897-1963) [6]
- Evelyn Edith Harvey (1898-1898) [7]
- Kathleen Harvey (1900-1969) [8]
- Bernard William Harvey (1905-1967) [9]
- Gwendoline Isobel Harvey (1908-1977) [10]
- Edward Charles Harvey (1909-2000) [11]
William died on 24 May 1949 in Brighton North, Victoria, aged 93 years.[12] His remains were buried at the Cheltenham Cemetery with those of his wife, Alice.[13]
