Biography
Henry was baptised 14 Oct 1768 at St Peter, Sandwich, Kent, England[1]. He was the son of John Harvey and Judith Wise
He married Margaret Dilnott at Patrixbourne, Kent, England on 15 Nov 1791[2]. They had issue:
- Elizabeth Harvey 1792-1819 m. Captain George Hilton
- Captain John Harvey (1793-1882). Co-inventor of the Harvey torpedo
- Mary Harvey 1795-1820
- Henry Wise Harvey 1798-1861. Lieutenant RN. Died Liverpool House, Walmer.
- Fanny Harvey 1800-1824
- Margaret Harvey 1803-1819
- Sarah Harvey 1806-?
- Catherine Harvey 1808-1808
Henry died in 13 May 1852[3] and was buried in St Mary the Virgin Churchyard, Eastry, Kent, England on 26 May 1852[4]
