Biography
Lora was born in 1905 and died in 1927. [1]
Recounted by Earl's half brother, James: "Lora, told Earl to go sit on the front porch and wait for his Dad to come home . She went to the garage and drink Poison ( Lye ) and killed herself. Earl was 3 years 9 Months old. When his dad came hone from work and found Earl on the front porch he ask where his mother was, Earl told him that she was in the garage. She was very despondent at the time because she was pregnant and did not want another child. Over the years Earl and I talked about what she had done and I don't think Earl ever forgave her for doing that."
