Biography
Mr. Samuel Harvey, an old soldier of this city, died last Friday morning after an almost constant illness of five years, brought on by disease contracted in the service. He was born in Ohio in 1843 and served through the 150th Indiana volunteers,
He was the son of Joshua and Alice Chew Harvey. . They were Quakers.
