Biography
Duncan was a Rugby Player for the Ireland national team
Duncan was born in 1882. He was the son of Alfred Harvey and Ida Susette Wegelin. [1]
He played for the Ireland national rugby union team. His first international test match was against England on the 14 February 1903. His last test match was against Scotland on 25 February 1905.[2]
