William Harvey was born in 1844 in Shenley, Hertfordshire, England, United Kingdom.
Migration to New Zealand
William Harvey age 20 departed London on 29 Oct 1864 and arrived on 21 Jan 1865 in Lyttelton, Canterbury on board the Glenmark, with his two brothers John and Charles, his Nationality was Hertford and Occupation Wheelwright[1]
He married Jane Cooper in 1871[2] Together they had 12 children:
