Yes; the ESTIMATED birth years are different (within 19 years; which is not bad for being estimated); death years are both noted as 1784; and both of their wives given names are noted as Hannah/Anna. Anna is the number one nickname for Hannah.
So it does not appear the merge should be rejected due to only the ESTIMATED birth year; death years are the same; and wives have the same given name (one the formal name of Hannah and the other Anna a very common nickname for Hannah).
I have spent thousands of hours researching my Miller's in Virginia in the early 1600's and 1700's. The Miller's had connections to the Harwood's and Cocke's families.
My John Harwood-3081's son's (James Harwood) granddaughter, Mary (Harwood) Eppes married John Valentine Miller whose father was John Cocke Miller, MD (one of my cousins).
On John Harwood-1032's WikiTree profile one of two source noted is the Cocke family of early Virginia.
