Biography

Starkey Hassell was born on 20 August 1794 in Columbia, Tyrrell, North Carolina, United States, son of Joshua Hassell (1765–~1846) and Elizabeth Lockhart (1765–1837).

His siblings were:

Starkey married Mahala Wynne (born in Tyrrell County, North Carolina). Their known son was Benjamin Franklin Hassell (born 7 June 1832).

His other known children were:

Starkey died on 11 February 1846 in Columbia, aged 51.[1]

Hassell-419 and Hassell-329 appear to represent the same person because: Unusual name, birth and death dates. One profile's birth place is the other profile's death place..

No sources are up for Hassell-329 to verify differences. Also note duplicate son Benjamin Franklin Hassell
