Lawrence was born in Feb 1908. He was the son of Lawrence Hatfield and Daisy West. He passed away 04 Dec 1975.

24 Jun 1928 he married Madge Trone in Montrose, Montrose, Colorado, United States. He was 20 and she was 18 years old. He appears to be second marriage, in 1928, since the extended family started moving to Montrose, Colorado, United States. His sister Dorene married 11 Feb 1928.^[1]

16 Oct 1940 he registered into the World War II Draft, 1940-1945 in Mountain View, Santa Clave, California, United States. The record shows his employer was Stepie's Service Station and his relative's name was his wife, Madge Hatfield. He was 5'5", 155 pounds, eyes brown, and hair brown.^[2]
