Regina (Hathaway) Seal has English ancestors.
Queenie was born in 1893 in Andover, Victoria County,New Brunswick,Canada.. She was the daughter of William Rainsford Hatheway and Maria Parish. She passed away in 1975.
Buried in Portland at Pine Grove Cemetery. Find A Grave: Memorial #95233786
Queenie Cassey Hathaway had a child in 1911 when she was 18 years old. This child, a boy, was put up for adoption and was adopted by Henry Thomas Fortune and Anna Marie Anderson Fortune. His name at birth was Donald Kenneth Hathaway but was changed to Russell K. Fortune after the adoption.
Queenie Hathaway was not married when she had this little boy in 1911. There is an error in transcription on the birth record of Donald Kenneth Hathaway, the record lists Frank M. Haskell as his father. Frank M. Haskell died in 1904, it is not physically possible for Mr. Haskell to have been Donald's father. He and Queenie Hathaway were never a couple and they were never married, Queenie was only 11 years old when Frank M Haskell died.
Regina Queenie Catherine Hathaway was married twice. First marriage to Howard T. Thurlow and second marriage to Harold F. Seal.
