After the death of first wife Phebe, Thomas married as his second wife widow Hannah (Ramsden) Richmond on 15 Sep 1763 at Taunton, Bristol, Massachusetts.
After their marriage in 1763, Thomas and Hannah Hathaway lived in Berkley, Bristol, Massachusetts, where their four children were born and listed after the birth of Samuel Richmond; son of Hannah (Ramsden) Richmond before her marriage to Thomas Hathaway: [2]
After moving to Brookfield, Worcester, Massachusetts where Thomas died on 14 Jul 1819, [3] Hannah lived with her son Enos Hathaway in Windsor, Berkshire, Massachusetts, where she died after the 1820 US Census. [4] [5]
