Hi,

The Germany Project Leaders are doing their semi-annual check-in with all project members and we want to verify that you’re still interested in being a member of the Project. Please respond by private message and let me know.

Are you currently working with one of our Sub-projects or Teams? If not, take a look at our main Project page for a full list.

We really appreciate your contributions on WikiTree, and thank you for all your hard work. If you have any questions, please ask. We would also love to hear any feedback you may have for the project.

I look forward to hearing from you soon!

Hi Rothko

Thanks for taking the Pre-1700 Quiz

Because Pre-1700 ancestors are shared by many descendants, working within the projects coordinating them is essential. Please ensure location data matches dates of profile, avoid abbreviations, add citations & links for sources to support the data. From wiki ID go to Research to find sources

The Slavic Roots Project would be of interest it has Poland as a subproject Adding the tag Slavic_Roots will connect you Follow this link for your Tags: your tags

Explore Pre-1700 Projects list to find one that fits your research focus, whether time period, location, or topic. Read the goals & tasks of the project join if it fits

Questions ask Here or click REPLY to contact me

thanks janet! unfortunately i can't definitively tie my roots to poland beyond my east prussian ancestor -- i've had no luck finding his parents. most of my pre-1700 people are from germany/niedersachsen or switzerland.

Glad you joined WikiTree !

We hope you will like our collaborative genealogy community. There is an introductory <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BFFv2jhzXxA">WikiTree video</a> that a member created. We do emphasize <a href="http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Sources"<>Sources</a> at WikiTree as well as dates and locations as you build your family tree here . Thank you and if you have any questions , please feel free to ask . Maggie
