• On Aug. 12, 1795, Daniel Neuhart petitions the Orphans' Court for guardianship for the minor children and for partition of the real estate, reciting that Frederick Neuhart had died on April 28, 1794 intestate leaving widow Susanna and 9 children: "(I) your petitioner (Daniel), (2) Henry, (3) Peter, (4) Catharine. (5) George Adam, (6) Elizabeth, (7) Abraham, (8) (John) Frederick, and (9) John.
