Johann Lorenz was born December 7, 1782 [1] He was married to Christiana Binkele August 1, 1809 in Surry County, North Carolina.[2]
The profile for his father Johannes Hauser [Hauser-520] lists a son John born 1783. There is a different Johann Lorenz Hauser [Hauser-549] who was born in October 1782. Could Lovell have confused them?

Research Notes
In 1820 and 1830 Census the Martha listed may have been Mary Hauser who was born 1818. Or was this Martha, wife of Johann Lorenz Hauser?

Note that there is another Johann Lorenz Hauser also buried in Bethania [3]-; however, he is not the same as this Johann Lorenz. His birthdate, parents and spouse are different. See his memorial - J. Ricketts, 2 Jun 2015.[4]
There is a John Lawrence Hauser buried in Bethania Moravian God's Acre who was ~ 5 years old when he died. According to Lovell, John and Christina had a son named John Hauser who died when he was "six." I suspect this is the son.[5]
