Elizabeth Haviland might be a daughter of Benjamin Haviland & Abigail Mott, however this is a guess. We are estimating her birth date to be around 1698. According to Josephine C. Frost in The Haviland Genealogy, her children were baptised on 9 Feb 1727. ^[1]

If the youngest of those children was a newborn, then the oldest was born around 1728, and if Elizabeth was about 20 when she had the eldest, then she would have been born around 1698 (just missing the 1698 Flushing, NY census that included her older siblings, if she is in the right family group).

Josephine Frost tentatively included her as a child of Benjamin's son Adam ^[1], but Adam would have been too young to be Elizabeth's father, based on the baptism date of her children. Since there was a gap in the birth dates of Benjamin's children that aligned with her presumed birth date, it seemed more convenient for her to be a daughter of Benjamin between siblings Bethia and Thomas.

We need more sources to prove or disprove this theory and confirm where Elizabeth belongs.

Elizabeth married John Kimley of Springfield, Long Island, NY. They had issue: Adam, Benjamin, Margaret, Elizabeth, and Martha. ^[1]
