Charity Haviland as thr daughter of Benjamin Haviland & Charity Farrington . She was probably born ca 1720. When she was about 13 years old, after her father Benjamin's death in 1724 and her mother remarried, her uncle Ebenezer Haviland was appointed as her guardian. 
She married 16 Apr 1742 in Purchase, Westchester County, NY  to John Hutchins of North Castle, NY.
