Deed of Gift, 6 Sep 1777, from Rachel Martin to inferred son, James Martin "for an in consideration of the tender love she bare to the said James Martin". She gave him land and slaves that were part of her dec'd husband, John Martin's estate, that was left to son Zachariah Martin. He in turn made a deed of gift back to his mother, Rachel Martin.
