Caleb Hawkins is a part of US Black heritage.

Caleb was born in 1849. He was the son of Caleb and Sabrina Clack Hawkins Davis.

In the 1900 census Caleb (age 51) was the married head of household in Leon, Florida, United States.^[3]

In the 1910 census Hawkins (age 60) was the married head of household in Chaires, Leon, Florida, United States.^[4]

In the 1920 census Calip (age 70) was the married head of household in Chaires, Leon, Florida, United States.^[5]

In the 1930 census Caleb (age 80) was the married head of household in Precinct 06, Leon, Florida, United States. Caleb and Gracie were empty nesters by then.^[6]

Caleb died (age 82) on 11 October 1931 in Chaires, Leon, Florida, United States.^[7]

Burial was in the Munree Cemetery, Tallahassee, Leon County, Florida.^[8]
