Julie was born after 1836. She was the daughter of Dennis Hawkins and Elizabeth CampbellJulie Ann Hawkins Amason married A. J. Green in Blount, Alabama, on January 2, 1881, when she was 44 years old.
The many friends of Mr. John T. Green of Tidmore will regret to learn of his sad misfortune, since Dec. 1st death has claimed his beloved wife (Mary Standridge) and son Robert and his stepmother Mrs. Julia Green. Some of the other members of his family are now sick with typhoid fever and he himself is in very bad health.
Mrs Julia Ann Green lived at Beat 23, Nectar, Alabama; she was 65 and died from an abdominal tumor, attended by Dr. J. S. Whitmire.
