Edmonson County Kentucky Deed Book 15 pages 492-499 15 Jan 1910 Elias B Hawkins heirs to Tyra Hawkins Bing 150 Acres on the Brownsville and Rocky Hill Road between Capitol Hill Schoolhouse and Pig. Land Elias Hawkins owned at his death and Tyra Hawkins now lives. This conveyance is made subject to the homestead right of Frances Hawkins the widow of Elias Hawkins. Between J H Hawkins and his wife Henrietta, Ella Morris and husband Allen Morris all of Warren County Kentucky, Walter Hawkins and his wife Dovie Hawkins of Vernon Texas, Hutson Hawkins Senr. and wife Mary Hawkins, Sarah Neagle, Manda Whittle, Belle Pardue and husband J C Pardue all of Edmonson County, Kentucky, Thomas R S Hawkins, John L Hawkins and wife Mattie, Rilla E S Cross and Husband James H Cross all of the state of Texas, James Hawkins and his wife Birdie Hawkins of state of Tennessee, Bud Hawkins and wife Bettie, Mary Tarter and husband George A Tarter, Lizzie and husband Sterl Pirtle, James Hatcher and wife ______ Hatcher, Elias Hatcher and his wife Ellie? all of the state of Oklahoma, Settie Tarter and husband Marion Tarter of the state of Texas. That Lizzie Pirtle, James Hatcher, Elias Hatcher, each own one seventh of one share which they inherited through their mother Melia Jane H Hatcher daughter of Elias Hawkins. the children of John Hatcher son of Melia Jane Hatcher.
