Biography
When Mary C Hawkins was born on October 16, 1879, in South Carolina, her father, Benjamin, was 29, and her mother, Annie, was 27. She married Caloway Franklin Milford in 1898. They had one child during their marriage. She died on May 15, 1966, in Belton, South Carolina, at the age of 86, and was buried in Anderson, South Carolina.
