Biography

Allan was born in 1883. He was the son of Allan Hawthorn and Mary Orr. He passed away in 1889 age 5.[1] Baptised on 19 Aug 1883 in 2nd Islandmagee Pres. Church. Interred in St. Johns C.O.I. Cemetery.[2] Died from Diptheria.

    Erected by Mary English Hawthorn in loving memory of her husband Capt. Allan English Hawthorn who died at sea 4th October 1898 aged 49 years. Also their sons Allan English died 11th June 1889 aged 5 years. Joseph Fawcett who died in infancy. Alfred William died 29th August 1910 aged 23 years. Also the above named Mary English Hawthorn who died 3rd November 1933 aged 80 years.
