Biography
Birth and Parents
Daniel Hayden was born in Massachusetts.
Daniel, the first son and third child of Joel Hayden and Rebecca N. Tower was born in 1808 and baptized on 8 May of that year at Winchendon, Massachusetts.[1]
Marriage and Children
Daniel married Sarah Reed, daughter of Phineas and Elizabeth (Day) Reed on 5 November 1833 at Fitzwilliam, Cheshire, New Hampshire.[2]They had one child:
- Rebecca Richardson Hayden (b. 7 Nov 1836; d. 14 Feb 1837)
Death and Buriel
Daniel died from an accidental gunshot wound on 18 August 1838 in his 30th year.[3]He is buried in the Village Cemetery at Fitzwilliam, Cheshire, New Hampshire.[4]
