Keith Maxwell was born on the 3 February 1935 in Parramatta, 24 kilometres (15 mi) west of the City of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia^[1]. He was the son of Ernest Hayden and Florence May Burton. Between 1933 and 1949, Ernest and Florence and their children lived at 95 Berry Street, Granville Junction, City of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia^[2]. However, by 1954, the family have moved to 15 Hamilton Street, Granville Junction, City of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia^[3].

Keith married Lorraine Gladys (Hambly) in 1957 in the suburb of Dee Why, North Sydney, New South Wales, Australia^[4]. I don't believe Keith and Lorraine had any children. By 1958, Ernest and Florence have moved once more to 18 Undercliff Road, Harbord (MacKellar District), Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. Their son, Storeman, Keith Maxwell (Hayden) lives there with them^[5]. The family settled down at 18 Undercliff Road as they are found there in 1963, with their son Keith Maxwell (Hayden)^[6].

On the 23 July 1966, Keith married Fay Lilian Haslehurst in the suburb of Crows Nest, North Sydney, New South Wales, Australia^[7]. After the marriage, the couple settled down at 18 Undercliff Road, Harbord, Sydney, New South Wales. The couple didn't have any children because barely a year later, Fay passed away in 1967. In 1977, Keith is back living with his widowed mother, Florence at 18 Undercliff Road (Waringah District), Harbord, Sydney, New South Wales Australia^[8]. After his mother's death in 1977, Keith married Norma Jeanette (Maiden Name unknown) between 1977 and 1980. In 1980, Boiler Maker, Keith and Norma reside at 18 Undercliff Road, Harbord (MacKellar District), Sydney, New South Wales, Australia^[9].

Keith Maxwell (Hayden) passes away on the 28 January 2013 in the Border Town of Tweed Heads, Region of Tweed, on the far North Coast of New South Wales, Australia. He was around 78 years old at the time of his death^[10]. He is buried on the 6 February 2013 at Macquarie Park Cemetery and Crematorium, Cnr Delhi Road &, Plassey Road, Macquarie Park, North Ryde, City of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. His grave is located at J HARE LAWN, ROW 54, Grave 0012 with his wife Fay Lilian (Haslehurst). The inscription on the Headstone reads:--In Loving Memory of KEITH MAXWELL (MAX) HAYDEN Passed Away January 28th 2013, Aged 77 Years.
