She passed away in 1954.[5][6] Information from newspaper article concerning her death was as follows:- Relict of the late Samuel Morley, and loving mother of James, Doris (Mrs. Little, New Zealand), Laurence, Mavis (Mrs. Roberts), Elvera (Mrs. Entwistle), Jessie (Mrs. Shields), Phyllis (Mrs. Cashem, Bourke), Samuel, Desmond, and Esma (Mrs. Spohn).[7]
Margaret is buried at Rookwood Independent Cemetery, in the Presbyterian Section along side her husband Samuel.
