Biography

Elizabeth (Hayman) Hockridge was born in Cornwall, England.

Elizabeth Hayman was born about 1774. She was baptised on 15th January 1775 at Marhamchurch, Cornwall, England. She was the daughter of Richard and Joan Hayman.^[1]

She married Daniel Hockridge on 14th June 1797 at Launcells, Cornwall, England.^[2]

Elizabeth and Daniel Hockridge had five children.

3. Grace Hockridge b. 1804
4. William Hockridge b. 1813
5. Betsy Hockridge b. 1819

Elizabeth's husband, Daniel died in 1836.^[3]

Elizabeth Hockridge died in 1840. She was buried on 6th July that year at Kilkhampton, Cornwall, England.^[4]
