Biography
Ambrose Pitman's daughter Lucy married Christopher Hayes (LWT Halifax County, Va., March 24, 1787). He was a sergeant during the Revolutionary War in Dawson's Company, 7th Regimental North Carolina Troops, discharged in 1777.[1]
