Mary Haynes was born on October 26, 1766 in Brimfield, Hampdon, Massachusetts Bay, daughter of Jonas Haynes (1730–1814) and Mary Haynes (1729–1815) [1].

Mary (35) married Josiah Perry (21) (born before 1780) on June 24, 1802 in Brimfield, Hampshire, Massachusetts, United States.[2]

Mary died on September 16, 1807, aged 40. She was buried in Brimfield Cemetery, Brimfield, Hampden County, Massachusetts.[3]
