Biography

Charles was born in 1849[1] and christened on 1 April at Bampton, Oxfordshire[2]. He was the son of Joseph Haynes and Mary Neale.

In 1873 at Lechlade, Gloucestershire, Charles married Elizabeth, daughter of Thomas Hignell and Elizabeth Wesbury[3][4]. After Elizabeth's death, Charles married in 1876 at Farthinghoe, Northamptonshire, Sarah, daughter of Willliam Sollis and Elizabeth Seeney[5][6].

He passed away in 1942[7].
