Biography
Jeremiah was born in 1815 in Rhode Island. He was the son of Jonathan Hazelton (sometimes spelled Haselton) and Mary Amsbury.
He married Eliza Ann Haskell of Rhode Island. They had children including: Ann, Hannah, John, Edgar, and Andrew.
As of the 1850 Census, they were living in Warren, Bristol, Rhode Island. His wife died in 1851 at age 30.
He passed away in 1903 at Franklin, Massachusetts. His occupation was listed on his death record as a ship carpenter.
