Biography

Robert Heath, son of Robert and father of Robert.[1]

John Heath was born in Limpsfield, Surrey. He married Thomasine Seyliard and they had three children: Joan, John & Robert.

Joan married three times. Firstly to William Freston (included in her step father, Richard Tichborne's Will, Martin Calthorpe and finally William Boys.

John Heath [HEATH-545] married Ellen Richards (not confirmed) and Elizabeth Casinghurst.

Their youngest son, Robert, married Joanna Foster (or maybe Clark - also not confirmed) and Anne Posyer, daughter of Nicholas Posyer or Posier of Guildford, Surrey.

After John died in 1553, Thomasine married Richard Tichborne and she had two daughters. Both John (son), Robert and Joan's first husband were mentioned in this Will.

This bio is still a work in progress and will be amended or added to as facts are ascertained.

Checking the sources it seems only Seylard is named as his wife. I could not see a death date of 1574 or otherwise.

Heath-3391 and Heath-535 do not represent the same person because: I don't see enough similarities

Heath-3391 and Heath-535 appear to represent the same person because: There is many source documentation which shows that these two people are the same. The most telling document is Richard Tichborne's Will (Richard is Thomasine's second husband) where Richard bequeaths to John & Robert Heath and Joan's first husband, William Freston.
Heath-3391 and Heath-535 do not represent the same person because: Immediate family members do not match. Insufficient data overall to approve match.

Kevin, since you rejected it, please explain your reasoning. Can you help to separate these profiles since they are both married to the same person, if you think they are different?

The birth location is the same. One of the spouses is the same. Death dates is different but isn't sourced. The biography of Heath-535 states Robert, son of Robert and father of Robert, but this profile is for John, son of Robert, so the statement does not make sense. There are 3 children across the profiles, no parents on Heath-3391.

So, who are the immediate family members that do not match!! Do you have more sources for either profile? Do you think that the spouse married 2 people with the same name?

Heath-3391 and Heath-535 appear to represent the same person because: similar dates, same spouse
Visitation of Kent , 1619-21 gives his Christian name as John father of Robert, husband of Thomasina Seylard of Brasted and Ric'do Tichborne of Eatonbridge

Heath-748 and Heath-706 appear to represent the same person because: the dates are close enough to consider a merge with the birth date of abt 1500 since Edward was born in 1525

Heath-748 and Heath-535 do not represent the same person because: These do not look like a match to me. Too much conflicting information.
There is a series of Heath/Heald merges proposed back in July 2011 waiting for approval. They look OK on my side.
