Narcissa Heath is a part of US Black heritage.
Narcissa was born before 1845. She was named in "Item 12th" of the will of William Henry Heath and was bequeathed to William’s son Epenetus Heath "in trust" for William's daughter Sarah Jane (Heath) Turner. She was assigned an estimated value of $300.[1]
