Biography

Richard Hebborne of Hardwick [Hall] in Sedgefield, Durham, was born about 1500. He was the son of John Hebborne and Alice Harbottle. His father inherited the manor of Hardwick via his mother at the death of his grandmother Alice in 1500. Richard had a son and heir Anthony who was attainted in 1570.
