Reginald was born in about 1747. He was the son of John Heber and Dorothy Nowell. He was baptised at Marton in Craven, Yorkshire on 15 August 1747.[1] He was educated at Trinity Hall, Cambridge. He was Rector of Marton in Craven, Yorkshire from 1775 to his death.[2]
