We are seventh cousins 1x removed; first common ancestor is Michel (Hache) Gallant, Larche, Galand on my maternal side. My mother's mothers maiden name was Hache; my father's surname was Martin, hence my maiden name! I found our connection through a 'Martin' connection. WikiTree has been phenomenal in finding maternal Martin connections for me; something I had not thought possible in the past!

Sincerely, Jeannette (Martin-Brideau) Saladino

Hi!

I’m Shirley a WikiTree Mentor. Our primary vision is to build a collaborative tree with just one profile per person, so please make sure to look for duplicates on WikiTree before adding a profile. Please look at how to write a Biography and how to put Sources in.

Having dates and locations attached to every person assists in our mission as well – if you have pre-1700’s ancestors to add please read our Pree-1700 profiles info.

Check out How To Use WikiTree.

And I’m here to help, too. Just ask!

Shirley ~ WikiTree Mentor

Jacqueline, you are now a member of WikiTree! Please help us build one Collaborative Global Family Tree, which means only one profile per person. It's important that no duplicates are created and profiles are properly sourced.

If you have pre-1700's ancestors to add please read our Pre-1700 profiles info.

To help you get started, view this introductory WikiTree video.

We also have Mentors who will be glad to answer questions.

Thanks for volunteering and welcome to the Tree!
