Biography

Jean Hebert III was born in Acadia in 1706,[1] the 3rd child of Jean Hebert and Marie Marguerite Landry.[2]

In 1727, at the age of 21, he married Marie Claire Dugas, also 21, daughter of Joseph Dugas and Claire Bourg.

In 1752, Jean Hebert was not on the census of Ile Saint Jean with his family, indicating that he died sometime between 1747 (his last child born) and 1752.[2]
