When Fanny was 26 she married Alexander Stern on 24 August 1876 in Rennerod, Rheinland-Pfalz, Germany. The couple had 7 children: Julius Stern, Rega Stern, Gustav Stern, Max Stern, Hermann Stern, Adolf Stern and Maier Willi Stern.^[1]

When Fanny was 36 she married on 13 February 1887. The couple had 2 children: Fanny Hecht and Abraham Hecht.^[1]

Fanny died at the age of 36 on 13 February 1887 in Meudt, Rheinland-Pfalz, Germany.^[1]
