Biography
Ray attended Perry Township School and a mechanics school in Langdon. He married Margaret Erickson on Oct. 5, 1949 at St. Edward's Catholic Church of Nekoma. They farmed in Perry Township from 1950 to 1987. They then moved to Nekoma where Raymond was active in the community, including serving as mayor and on the fire department and the town board. He also drove the school bus for 13 years.
