Research Notes
Was her family name Heckert or Greathouse? At Strausstown Roots, the wife of Adam Hain (1719-1773) is Anna Magdalena Greathouse (1723-1796). Is this a mis-assignment or a second marriage for Adam Hain? Note also that one of the daughters married a Heckert.
Most internet posters list her parents as Michael Heckert and Catharine Heberer. However, Greathouse researchers identify Magdalena in 1786, the widow of Adam Hain, as daughter of Henry Greathouse.
