Esther was born in Hanborough in 1824 and baptised there on 18 Apr 1824 at the parish church of St Peter and St Paul.  She was the daughter of Richard Hedges, who gave his occupation on her baptism as labourer, and Elizabeth (Woodward) Hedges.
She died in Hanborough in 1827 and buried there on 08 May 1827.
